Harish Garg

Dr. Harish Garg, currently serving as an Associate Professor at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology in India, has consistently appeared on Stanford University's Top 2% Scientists List for the years 2020, 2021, and 2022. He holds the distinguished rank of #1 in India and #229 globally. In 2022, he was awarded the Obada-Prize as a Young Distinguished Researcher. He has been recognized by Elsevier Publisher for having the Top-Cited Paper by an India-based author between 2015 and 2019. Additionally, he is an advisory board member for the Universal Scientific Education and Research Network (USERN). Dr. Garg has contributed extensively to the academic community, authoring over 500 scholarly articles (more than 460 of which are SCI-indexed), seven book chapters, and editing eight books across various publishers including Elsevier and Springer. His scholarly work has garnered over 24,000 citations on Google Scholar, earning him an H-index of 88, and more than 19,700 citations on SCOPUS, with an H-index of 79.
